History:
Luke was born in a military family, but at 18 he didn't wanted to follow his family's footsteps. He went the San Francisco University with a major is criminal investigation, followed by a year at the police academy. After graduation he joined the Police Department of San Francisco and after some year he became a detective. Even though he loved his job, he decided it was time for something else. His family had been pressuring him in joining the fleet for years. He gave in and used his families connections to get in, something he still is ashamed by, but at the time he didn't saw another option. After a quick visit to OCS he got offered a position as the Deimos Assistant Security/Tactical Officer.
